Important Information
The SSAA ACT Inc. Annual General Meeting will be held:
- Date: Sunday, 30 November 2025
- Time: commencing from 1:00pm
- Location: Jim McKinley Range (Main Range), SSAA ACT Inc. Range Complex, 50 Hector McIntosh Grove, Majura.
Purpose of the Meeting
Annual General Meetings are where members of SSAA ACT Inc. elect the Executive Committee, confirm delegates to the SSAA ACT Inc. Council, elect Member’s Delegates, vote on Range Passes and Fees, and decide on honorariums for volunteers in various positions.
Voting and Attendance
- All members must register their attendance upon arrival and sign in to the SSAA ACT Inc. Range Attendance system.
- Registering to vote at the Annual General Meeting will be closed at the spilling of the Executive Committee positions. This ensures that our volunteers managing the meetings are able to participate in the meetings and also ensure accurate counts of votes.
- Voting on motions is by a simple majority, unless otherwise noted.
- Proxy votes are not permitted.
