Firearms Law Survey

The ACT Government is considering significant changes to our firearms laws, and it’s essential that the voices of safe, responsible licence holders are heard. As a community built on safety, discipline, and respect, shooters deserve a genuine say in how these laws are shaped.

This survey gives you the opportunity to share your experiences, concerns, and priorities as a licensed firearms owner, club member, or industry participant. Your feedback will help us present a clear, evidence‑based picture of how proposed changes may affect individuals, clubs, businesses, and the broader shooting community.

All responses are confidential and will be used to inform SSAA ACT Inc.’s submission and advocacy work. By participating, you’re helping ensure that we have the information we need to better advocate and provide the actual views of licensed firearms owners in the ACT.
