Media and Public Relations Campaign
At its February 2026 Council meeting, Council agreed to commence a human-interest type campaign to humanise firearms owners in the ACT.
It is envisaged that this campaign will be focused on public relations and to improve the public perception of who shooters are in the community.
Through this campaign, we want to focus on changing this perception – turning shooters from nameless and faceless people in the community, to the real community members that we know we are.
